Jean-Félix joined Chi Lab in 2024. He recently completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Ottawa and is now pursuing a Master’s degree in physics at the same institution. His research focuses on the growth of 2D materials using metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD), with an emphasis on developing new techniques for scalable synthesis. Additionally, he is interested in computational physics, exploring simulations and developing software to better understand the properties of these materials. Outside of his academic work, Jean-Félix has a keen interest in programming, new technologies, culture, and politics.
